Renovation timelines vary based on the scope of work, construction requirements, and coordination with your contractor and build team. Because these projects are more complex and involve multiple phases, timelines are tailored to the specific needs of each property. You’ll work directly with your designer throughout the entire project. Unlike many firms that route communication through a project manager, we believe the strongest outcomes come from direct collaboration with the person actually designing your space. This allows for clearer communication, faster decision-making, and a more cohesive final result. Each project is personally overseen by our Founder and Principal Designer, Courtney Petrovich. Behind the scenes, our team supports procurement, logistics, and coordination, but your designer remains your primary point of contact from concept through completion. It’s a more connected, design-led process, and it shows in both the experience and the results.

Furnishing and decor budgets can vary based on the size of the property, level of design, and overall goals for the space. As a general guideline, we recommend planning for approximately $10,000 per bedroom for a full design, and around $5,000 per bedroom for a design refresh. This is a total investment that is distributed across the entire home, including bedrooms, living spaces, dining areas, and all shared spaces. For example, a four-bedroom home would typically have a furnishing and decor budget of up to $40,000 for a full design, or up to $20,000 for a refresh, allocated across the full property. This approach allows us to create a cohesive, well-layered design that supports both guest experience and overall performance. While we can often work within smaller budgets, this range is a strong starting point to ensure the level of design, quality, and market positioning needed to drive meaningful returns.
