Built from legacy
Denori was born from legacy. Long before it was a boutique design firm, it was a way of seeing the world through craftsmanship, care, and the enduring beauty of what’s made by hand.
Founder and Principal Designer Courtney Petrovich grew up watching her parents build their dream homes, beam by beam. Her father, a builder, could walk through a collapsing structure and already see what it could become. Her mother brought warmth and life into every space she touched. Together, they restored a 1912 dairy farm with an incredible level of detail and care, and went on to build three homes on the property from the ground up, creating a place rooted in connection, intention, and craftsmanship where their family could live close and grow together.
After their passing, that foundation became the driving force behind Denori Designs. Named after Dennis and Lori, the boutique design firm carries forward their legacy of craftsmanship, care, and intentional design through every space it creates.
WHERE STORY MEETS STRATEGY
Denori is built on the belief that
design should do more than look beautiful,
it should perform.
As designers, operators, and investors in short-term rentals and boutique hotels, the team approaches every project through both a creative and strategic lens. By combining guest psychology, market data, and intentional design, each space is crafted to drive demand, increase revenue, and deliver long-term asset value - while creating an experience guests remember.

Courtney Petrovich
Courtney Petrovich is the Founder and Principal Designer of Denori Designs, and one of the few designers in the hospitality space who has built, operated, and invested in the very properties she designs.
Her own portfolio of STRs and investment properties grosses over $600k in annual revenue, built not just on great locations, but on the power of intentional design. She has more than doubled revenue on her own properties through strategic design alone, and has helped boutique hotel investors raise hundreds of thousands in capital by creating spaces that command attention and justify premium valuations. She brings both the credentials and the real-world track record that serious investors look for in a design partner.
Courtney doesn't just understand what investors need, she is one.
