The Coastal Cove is a multi-level Cherry Grove retreat just steps from the North Myrtle Beach shoreline. Inspired by the vibrant energy and laid-back charm of the Grand Strand, our vision was to transform the property into a distinctive, experience-driven destination that captured the spirit of the coast while strategically positioning it to stand out in a competitive vacation rental market.

Denori Designs reimagined the property with a playful yet elevated coastal aesthetic, blending sun-washed colors, natural textures, refined finishes, and thoughtful furnishings to create a memorable guest experience. Every design decision was intentional, balancing visual impact with comfort, functionality, and year-round appeal. Gathering spaces were thoughtfully designed for families seeking summer vacations, while an elevated, welcoming atmosphere catered to golf groups visiting during the quieter shoulder seasons. By understanding how different guests travel, gather, and experience the destination, we created a property that photographs beautifully, inspires bookings, and delivers exceptional returns. The result was a transformation that more than doubled annual revenue in just one year, growing from $120,000 to $250,000.
