The Texas Hill Country Retreat is a welcoming getaway reimagined through a strategic design refresh that brought new life and personality to an existing short-term rental. Rather than starting from scratch, our vision was to maximize the potential of what was already there, preserving much of the existing furniture while introducing a cohesive aesthetic that felt fresh, inviting, and connected to the character of the Texas Hill Country. The goal was to create a more memorable guest experience, strengthen the property’s competitive positioning, and deliver meaningful impact without the investment of a full renovation.

Denori Designs brought this vision to life through a thoughtfully curated color palette, statement accent walls, layered soft furnishings, and intentional artwork that transformed the look and feel of the home. By working with existing pieces and strategically investing where it mattered most, we created a cohesive, elevated aesthetic while keeping the project budget in focus. We also reimagined the garage as a dedicated movie theater, introducing a standout amenity that added another layer to the guest experience and helped differentiate the property in a crowded market. The result was a high-impact, budget-conscious transformation designed to increase booking appeal, elevate the guest experience, and support a faster investment payback period.
