Chapel Street Chalet is a charming mountain retreat near Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge in North Conway, New Hampshire, reimagined to celebrate the rustic character and natural beauty of the White Mountains. With knotty-pine walls, exposed beams, and a cozy, intimate footprint, our vision was to embrace the cabin’s authentic charm while introducing modern comforts and thoughtful details that today’s travelers seek. The goal was to create a distinctive, four-season escape where families, friends, and their four-legged companions could gather, unwind, and experience the magic of mountain living.

Denori Designs brought this vision to life by balancing the warmth of traditional cabin architecture with fresh, inviting furnishings, layered textures, and carefully curated details that made the space feel both nostalgic and elevated. With a compact footprint, creative space planning became central to the transformation, allowing us to maximize sleeping capacity, functionality, and comfort without sacrificing character. Every square foot was thoughtfully considered to create welcoming gathering spaces and an effortless guest experience for up to eight travelers. By pairing intentional design with a deep understanding of the property’s ideal guests, we transformed a rustic chalet into a memorable mountain getaway. The result was a cozy, character-filled retreat that makes the most of its footprint while offering the modern comforts and authentic sense of place that keep guests coming back to the White Mountains.
