The Grand Escape

The Grand Escape is a seven-bedroom retreat in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania, reimagined as a vibrant, nature-inspired destination for families and groups seeking adventure, connection, and relaxation in the heart of the Poconos. Our vision was to create a playful yet elevated mountain escape that celebrated the beauty of its woodland surroundings while offering an unforgettable guest experience. The goal was to transform the property into a destination in itself, thoughtfully designed to stand out in a competitive vacation rental market and attract guests throughout the year.

Denori Designs brought this vision to life through a colorful, nature-forward aesthetic, blending playful details, organic textures, and inviting gathering spaces that encourage guests to connect and make lasting memories. The true showstopper, however, was the outdoor experience. We strategically layered high-impact amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, year-round fire pit, outdoor games, and even a woodland scavenger hunt for little adventurers, creating something for every generation to enjoy. Every detail was intentionally designed to extend the guest experience beyond the walls of the home while maximizing year-round booking appeal. The result was an amenity-rich mountain retreat that became the second-highest revenue-generating seven-bedroom property in Lake Harmony following our redesign.
