Salisbury Sol & Surf is a vibrant coastal duplex in Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts, envisioned as a playful, sun-soaked escape that captures the carefree spirit of beachside living. Our vision was to create a distinctive hospitality experience that felt equally compelling as two individual retreats or one larger destination. Through a strategic parent-child listing approach, each unit was designed with its own personality and appeal while coming together to tell one cohesive story when booked as a whole, maximizing flexibility, guest reach, and revenue potential.

Denori Designs brought this vision to life through a spirited blend of surf-inspired details, bohemian textures, vibrant colors, and thoughtfully layered furnishings that evoke the warmth and joy of endless summer days. Every space was intentionally designed to photograph beautifully, create memorable guest experiences, and stand out in a competitive coastal market. Beyond aesthetics, the design strategy focused on attracting different traveler groups and capturing bookings across multiple configurations, allowing the property to appeal to both smaller getaways and larger gatherings.
